Beyond 2020 and COVID-19: The Road to Recovery

NAFEA is the national peak body for higher education staff involved in the logistics and administration of work-integrated learning across Australia. Each year, NAFEA brings together a range of stakeholders from across the WIL cycle including NAFEA members, WIL administrators, WIL Researchers, placement providers and policy makers to network.

The theme for the 2020 NAFEA webinar series is Beyond 2020 and COVID-19: The Road to Recovery. The series will be focussed on COVID-19 and the recovery process.

The webinar series will provide a forum for practitioners, administrators and other allies to engage with like-minded professionals to discuss strategies, innovations and practices. The NAFEA conference is a valuable opportunity for professional development.

Presentations, break-out sessions and workshops are welcomed on the broader theme of the webinar series as well as related to general break-out sessions for the following disciplines:

  • Allied Health
  • Architecture, Engineering and IT
  • Business
  • Creative Arts
  • Dentistry
  • Education
  • Humanities, Society and Culture
  • Law
  • Medicine
  • Natural and Physical Sciences, Agriculture and Environmental Science
  • Nursing

Members are encouraged to facilitate or present to share their practices, strategies, innovations and experiences with other members.

Presentations will be 30-60 minutes in duration (including discussion and questions).

Break-out sessions should be interactive and explore a particular topic. Break-out sessions will be 60-90 minutes in duration. Proposals for workshops are also welcome.
